We celebrate this day with our families; and one dish that you shouldn’t miss out on is Tang Yuan or Peanut Balls.
Peanut Balls consist of 2 parts: the chewy outer layer made of glutinous rice and the center which boasts a peanut filling.
This is similar to our local version of palitaw. Just place the balls in boiling water, wait for it to float, then dig in! Easy!
