SWEET AND SOUR PORK (OR FISH/ CHICKEN, whichever meat you choose)
1Deep fry 300 grams of Eng Bee Tin Marinated Pork
2In another pan saute some onions,  red and green bell pepper
3Pour some 1/4 cup of Sweet and Sour sauce to the pan
4Put in pineapple chunks
5Leave the sauce to boil
6Put in deep fried marinated pork to coat with sauce
7Enjoy while hot!
