Vegetables Chopseuy | |
1 | Saute Onions and garlic |
2 | Add in meat (can be pork, chicken, or seafood). Stir fry until light brown |
3 | Add in 3 tbsp Chopseuy Seasoning Sauce and 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil |
4 | Add desired vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, young corn, carrots, etc) |
5 | Cover and set fire to low to allow the vegetables to cook |
6 | You may add in boiled quail eggs and some cornstarch diluted in water |
7 | Toss and Serve hot! |
